Ford Transit Floor Hole Plugs (TPU) – 3D Print File

Our Transit’s floor came with a handful of open holes and cutouts, mostly along the rear sill. We closed them with these snap-in TPU plugs before installing the last subfloor panel.

• 6 plugs: Ø8.5 mm, Ø18.9 mm and Ø40 mm holes, plus 10 x 17.5 mm, 19 x 27 mm and 29.75 x 79.65 mm cutouts.
• The Ø40 mm plug covers the spare tire mechanism access hole (handy if your spare moved to a rear door tire carrier, like ours).
• Push the plug in from the top: small barbs catch under the sheet metal.
• Filament: TPU (flexible, so the barbs can snap in). Print cap down, no supports.
• Designed around our Transit 148″ Extended. Check your holes against the sizes in the picture before printing.
• STEP files: Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer open them directly.
