Floor Pass-Through for 5/8″ Engine Coolant Hose – 3D Print File

We ran the 5/8″ engine coolant hoses of our Isotemp water heater through the van floor with these threaded pass-throughs. The flange sits on the cabinet’s floor inside the van and the nut tightens from underneath.

• 2 files: the pass-through and its nut. Print one set per hose (we used two).
• Hole: 1-1/4″ hole saw.
• Bore: Ø24.5 mm, just enough for a 5/8″ heater hose to slide through.
• Tube: Ø32 mm, 81 mm long under the flange, threaded on its last 18 mm. The nut reaches the thread on a floor about 62 to 73 mm thick, so measure yours before printing.
• Filament: PBT Pro (glass-filled PBT, heat-resistant to 130°C). Print the pass-through flange down and the nut flat, no supports.
