Spacer Frame for Arctic Tern Window | CNC File (digital download)

Use this .dxf file to CNC a Spacer Frame for a 300x700mm Arctic Tern window. Beforehand, make sure to read and understand our Fabrication/Installation Guide (faroutride.com/arctic-tern-window-install-transit).

• Compatible with 300x700mm Arctic Tern window with 24-34mm inner ring only.
• This is a .dxf file with only the profile contours. You are in charge of creating your setup and generating the g-code for your machine.
• Compatible with 1/4″ end mill or smaller.
• The Spacer Frame assembly comprises an “Inner” and “Outer” frame to be bonded together. See the included PDF plan.
• To minimize the stock size, both the “Inner” and “Outer” frames are made of 4 parts joined together with “puzzle” joints (use glue in joints).
