Quick recap: When the pandemic hit last March, we decided to play safe and head back from Mexico (you’ll find our Mexico Vanlife Guide here: faroutride.com/mexico):

With all the amenities most likely shutting down (public showers, laundromats, etc), we rented a townhouse in Squamish. We won’t lie, we really appreciated the space and how simple it is to live in an apartment; it was a good change for us, so we might repeat that for a month or two each year. We did a VanLife vs HouseLife in our last Tales From The Road (faroutride.com/april-2020).

Sea To Sky
March – June
We ended up staying three months at the apartment. There’s no shortage of things to do in the Sea-To-Sky corridor…

YouTube
(Yeah it’s a real place we swear)
For the following months, we’ll be travelling with our friends Eric and Yuka. Like us, they live full time in their van and they’re obsessed with mountain biking. They’re both pro YouTubers and their respective channel features the best mountain-biking content on the tube (Totally unbiased opinion. Hey, 260,000 followers can’t be wrong! 😉 ). So if you’re curious about what we do on two wheels, subscribe and don’t forget to hit the like button!
The Van
Back to the nomad life! The van feels small for the two of us right now, but we can’t wait to hit the road. Let’s do it!

Best table in town 🙂

That’s it for now! More to come!

We’re fellow van lovers, and have a place in Fernie, if you need a spot to park on your next trip through you are welcome…
