Physical Products
If there is any issue/defect with the product your received, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement completely free or charge!
If you changed your mind, don’t need the product anymore and still want to proceed with a return/refund, here are our terms:
- We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Partial refund will be granted if the item is damaged or is missing parts.
- You are responsible of paying the shipping fees and sending the item back to us with the carrier of your choice.
- Returns are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover our credit card processing fees.

As opposed to what we’ve been conditioned to believe these days, returns are not free and generate an enormous amount of waste worldwide. We believe both consumers and merchants are part of the solution and everyone should pitch in to cut down on the waste from returns. Here’s a video to get familiar with the issue. Your job as a consumer is to seek out accurate information about the product and service your are buying. We do our best to highlight the features of each digital product on its respective product page, so please read carefully prior buying to ensure you are getting what you expect.
