The Prime Design AAL rear door ladder kept showing up on our social feeds lately, it seems to get increasingly popular. And we can see why: the aluminum design requires no drilling (neat!), it can be matched with any roof rack (or no roof rack at all!), and there’s a model for most van variants (Transit/Sprinter/ProMaster, all roof heights). Our friends Eric and Yuka (BCpov and VanGirlYuka) recently installed it on their Ford Transit high roof, and we liked what we saw. So we thought we’d share it here 🙂

Mini Review
We personally don’t have the ladder on our van, but as we mentioned in the introduction, our friends just installed it on their Ford Transit high roof. We spent some time playing with it: it felt rock solid and didn’t do any damage to the van. We would definitely consider it if we wanted a ladder on our van!
