D-Pillar USB/12V Outlet Plate – Ford Transit

Use this plate to add outlets (USB, 12V socket, etc.) to your upholstered D-Pillar. The plate snaps into the existing cutout on the passenger or driver side of the Ford Transit. Both cutouts in the plate are 30mm (1.2 in) in diameter and should accept any panel-mounted socket held with a nut.
Included:
- 1 x Plate for 2015-Up Ford Transit.
- 1 x Blank Plug & Nut, in case only one outlet is needed.
- Outlets NOT included (see list below).

Installation
Install and wire your outlet(s), then insert the plate’s bottom edge first (edge with the fixed feet):
This plate is designed for upholstered D-Pillar (per faroutride.com/upholstery), and the fit may be loose if installed on bare metal:
Push the top edge to snap in place (edge with the flexible feet):

We wanted outlets in our Ford Transit D-Pillar, so we made this plate.
This is an homemade product.
Each plate is 3D-printed and made by us. This is not a mass-produced product; it is a crafted, hand-made product.
Low Volume.
We created this product for our own needs, to make just a few units. We cannot ramp up the production and lower the price unless we take it to injection molding manufacturing, but that’s a whole other level we’re not considering at the moment.
